Party Confirmation Information

Thank you for making your party reservation with us at TreeHoppers!

We are very excited and want to make sure you and your group have an awesome experience at TreeHoppers!

Here’s a short video of our facility which you are welcome to share with the other climbers in your group to prepare them for their climb:

Waivers:

Before arriving at registration, all climbers should complete a waiver at: https://waiver.treehoppers.com/

Each waiver should be completed no more than 30 days before the date of your climb. If members of your group have not completed a waiver before arriving at registration, your start time may be delayed.

Guest List & Party Invitation:

We’ve created a useful Guest List which you can use to track which of your guests have completed a waiver.

Your Party Deposit:

Your party deposit secures your party reservation for up to 10 climbers.

Regardless of the final number of climbers in your group, each group must pay for at least 10 climbers to receive the discounted party pricing, and to retain your deposit. Groups of less than 10 climbers are still required to pay for 10 climbers to receive the discounted party pricing, and to retain their deposit.

You can, of course, add more than 10 climbers if you wish and they too will receive the group discounted price of $40.95 per additional climber.

Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party. Please be prepared to make one final payment for all your group’s climbers when you arrive. Please note that TreeHoppers annual members do not count toward the minimum of 10 climbers which you will need to pay for.

Special Note on 5 & 6-Year-Old Climbers:

All 5 & 6-year old climbers must climb with an adult at a 1-to-1 ratio, and 5 & 6-year old climbers may only climb on yellow courses. Please visit our Course Rules & Safety page for more information on age requirements and restrictions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Groups who place a deposit for a group climb must cancel within 3 weeks of their original scheduled climb date to receive a full refund of their deposit. Groups who wish to reschedule their climb may do so before the date of their climb, and apply their deposit toward their future date.

Purchasing a ticket to TreeHoppers is the same as purchasing a ticket for a movie or concert event. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases.

TreeHoppers is open rain or shine and we recommend dressing accordingly for the weather. In the event of severe weather (such as thunder, lightning or high winds) the park may close until the severe weather subsides. Although we are unable to offer refunds, your time may be extended or vouchers may be made available for you to use towards future climbs in the event of any park closure, at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided in the event a climber weighs more than 265 pounds, a climber is impaired or intoxicated by drugs or alcohol, a climber decides not to partake in the climb due to fear of heights, medical issues, no-show, or rain/inclement weather.

Pizza and Ice Cream Upgrade:

Our Pizza and Ice Cream Upgrade is available for $139.00 and includes:

  • 2 large 16” pizzas (Cheese only or Pepperoni & Cheese)
  • 10 cones of ice cream
  • 10 unlimited bottled water wristbands

Pizza, drinks and other snacks are also available for individual purchase at our pro shop. Guests may also bring their own snacks and drinks, but alcohol and grills are prohibited.

Parking & Facility Terrain:

Parking at Treehoppers is free of charge. If needed, you may temporarily park and unload your vehicle in the roundabout near our pro shop so you can more easily transport your party supplies to the general picnic table area or your private pavilion. No vehicles are allowed to be driven onto the course or to your pavilion. Once you’ve unloaded your party supplies, we do require that you park your vehicle in the designated parking lot.

Please note that our course is located within a beautiful forest environment. Climbers and spectators will need to walk along unpaved, and at times, uneven trails between checking in at the pro shop and access to the course. Our pro shop is wheelchair accessible, but the forest and courses above are not wheelchair accessible.

What to Wear:

All climbers must wear closed-toed shoes or sneakers – Please do not wear sandals or flip flops.

Please dress comfortably for the weather and your climb. Our course is mostly shaded, but is entirely outdoors. Some guests prefer to bring sunblock and bug spray.

What to Expect Upon Arrival:

When you arrive, you will be greeted at the registration counter by our check-in staff. Any climbers who have not filled out a waiver will be asked to do so right away using either their smart phone or using the waiver iPads we have available.

Our check-in staff will then collect the remaining payment due for your group. You’ll then receive a wristband for each climber and our staff will direct you to the harnessing window where your climbers will receive their harness and gloves. From there, your group will be directed to the Safety Briefing Station and Practice Courses where one of our expertly-trained staff will give your group the safety briefing.

Once done, our staff will help your climbers get their harnesses secured and you will all be off to the courses to climb and zip line!

Picnic Tables:

Picnic tables are available for non-birthday party groups on a first come first serve basis. There are no electrical outlets on the course. No vehicles are allowed on the course and there is no access for vehicles near the course. You are welcome to bring wagons or carts to assist you in bringing any supplies to the course area.

Due to health code regulations, we cannot offer use of a freezer or refrigerator so please plan on bringing a cooler if you think you will need one.

Inclement Weather:

We operate rain or shine, however in the event that there is lightning too close to TreeHoppers, we will pause all climbing and ask all customers to come down from the courses and move to our covered pro shop. Our staff will keep you up-to-date on the lightning so you know when you’ll be able to return to the course and continue your climbing and ziplining.

Guest Safety Is Our Number One Priority:

It’s important to understand that we have no control of the weather and how quickly or slowly lightning will pass. Our staff will be watching the radar closely and will work to get everyone back out to the courses as rapidly as possible.
